Ok, Im a newbie but I cant help buying already...what do you think, this is a selection of domains I have. I have around 80 that are nearly all premium generic words that Im aiming to hold long term. I can just see mexico opening up, as well as many country domains as the internet begins to explode. I also have a few hyphenated .infos and .biz for potential ranking abilities in google (not that Im a fan of these two domains). Anyone have any favourites at all here? Also, where is the best place to monetise these domains on park? Thanks for your help.

:hi:

You should post these in the #1 Namepros™ Appraisals Forum©, IMHO. :talk:

Best of Luck.

Impressive list of "dictioniary" words!

You certainly are doing better than I did with my first batch of domains :)

Great time to be purchasing names also, they are falling from the skies like locusts.

Keep up the nice work.

Hey thanks guys for the comments. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum lol. I spent two days solid buying most names. All are straight from the registry, so there must be some good ones left for sure, I just cant afford any more for now until I can hopefully monetise them and get at least something back in return. Definitely domains are the best real estate opportunity Ive ever seen.

Not to burst your bubble......But I once did the same thing you are doing. Generic domains with ccTLD...they work sometimes......most times for ccTLD its best to use their native language...English domains with ccTLD that speak other languages are a real gamble. Stick to generics in .com, .net etc.....again just my 2 cents and thats all I have in this bad economy :(

You have some nice pronounceable domain names but the extensions are not the best.

Yes, Im hoping though that in the long term, they will be good extensions as countries tend to adopt their own country codes more- though as you say, they would be best in native language which is why Ive tried to get 3 letter english domains where possible as an added advantage. Im not sure about Belgium (although many speak english, the population isnt huge, may even drop some of these), but Spain and Mexico are sure to improve in future value, even in English surely. Will be interesting to see if they get any traffic much.

These five are the best:
GUN.COM.MX
EAR.COM.MX
SEE.COM.MX
WAR.COM.MX
WON.COM.MX
:)

CESTAS.COM.MX (BASKETS IN SPANISH)

This is a nice one I would hold on to. There's a huge market for gift baskets so it has potential.

I agree with Natty. Had it been in its native tongue with its own extension then it be premium. As is not bad for starters still.

Funny to see in estibot, for whatever reason, that the values for some are quite high, like eyeglasses.at has an appraisal of around $5000 or so, lol.

I think estibot do value search engines and there must be tons of web pages with term "eyeglasses at". Thus, high appraisal ;)

Bang on Copper, seems like an obvious reason when you think about it.

keep a hold of them for now, might be valuable in the future, except for the hyphenated ones.

My very first domains were typos of heavily visited TM websites, spent about $130 on them all up, then started reading domain forums like this and domain law...d'oh! Lucky I didnt spend any more.
