As far as I know, they've never been registered. So, by definition, they would not belong in expired domains. These are ones I own the at least one of the com/net/info or org that still have the .biz as the only gTLD left available.

I'm not buying .biz right now, but they are faily decent if someonw else wants them. I can somewhat benefit just by having all TLD's taken where I have one of the other TLD's, making this a situtation where eveyone holding a TLD benefits from them all being taken. They may not be 3 figure domains, but are definitely worth more than reg fee if promoted.
