Some advice required

Im kinda new to making websites so I was wondering if i can use flash templates from here http://www.free-flash-template.com/templates.php?cat=all&sort_by=status

without having flash? They are all pre made so I was wondering how I can use them. I have dreamweaver also.

I have the same problem with normal templates and when I unzip them, i can never get them into dreamweaver? How do i do it?
