Exporting PSP to Flash

Hi...

I've been designing webpages for a while but they've all been very basic. I've recently made a new site (designed in paint shop pro 8) but I found out later that its going to need to be in flash to do what i need. Basically, I was wondering if there was a way to export my psp template into flash so that I kept everything as vectors.

I'd really appreciate any help.

Unless there's an automatic conversion tool, I'd suggest bringing over each layer as an object.
