If it is rare..and not so valuable in the eyes of domainers, you will get it if you bid at the last moment.

Have a look at godaddy domain appraisal tool and see how much it shows.
if it is more than $2000 appraisal,certainly there will be more eyeballs on the auction.
My advice: do not disclose the name to anyone.

I do not think godaddy tool takes age into consideration while appraising.
Any way, just keep watching the auction. If it is rare I am sure you will only get it.
