I don't think any value.

There are so many possible combinations of words that could be used, plus so many available extensions, I don't see anyone paying a premium for this domain. If you got super lucky, maybe low $xxx.

Backpain.com would be good - extremely good actually. But this is just too clunky. Stopbackpain.com works a little better... But "solve" doesn't quite work for me.

But at least it makes some sense - so better than most the domains posted to the appraisal board.

I agree, it seems like back pain names were a lot more popular from 2011 - 2014:
treatbackpain (260, 1100), nobackpain (202), ridbackpain (155), curebackpain (850), goodbyebackpain (2888), stop backpain (1688)

The reason for those sales is probably high CPC ($4+), but I don't have any experience in making sites yet so I dropped out of the auction. Next bid is $33 if anyone wants to join
