If they were .com they would have super power. Generally avoid other extensions, stick on .com. Auto appraisal sites are simply bots, trash. Don't think again about their evaluations. Reg fee possibly. Low to 0 value for me. Unless you have traffic.

Don't invest in adult domains, decade ago they do sell but now no value ... Always go for niche like crypto, block chain, coin token, geo, tech etc
