Just sold a name through TDNAM, cant see the "Email Buyer" link

I received this email from TDNAM so I believe the buyer has paid

This is a courtesy notice to let you know that the transaction for XXXX.com will be completed on 10/31/2008. At this point, the domain has been paid for and the domain can be transferred. If you have not negotiated the details for the domain transfer, please contact us.

I contacted them and they said to contact the buyer through the 'Email Buyer" link

I have been to the "SOLD" area and the domain is in there but i cant see the link to email the buyer (it say Funds received, authorization pending)

Can someone help me, am I missing something obvious??

Thanks

I don't know if this will help but have you tried clicking on the domain in the sold folder? Another point may be that the funds are still being verified and you will receive the email address once this is completed.

Thanks Len, I will have a look, it does say the funds are cleared now and TDNAM said I can contact the buyer?

The buyer's email is shown right under the sold domain
i checked mine which is sold 5 moths ago, and its still there.

On the other side, the buyer must get your email too,
So wait and see

Gilescoley - how long it took you to finalise this transaction?
I just sold expiring soon domain at tdnam and I have the same message: "Funds received, authorization pending"

It usually finishes when the buyer authorizes the transfer. I had a couple that finished in about 7 days each. I don't know if it was automatic as Godaddy was the register for both

if there is no problem, tdnam usually is pretty fast. If it takes longer, then the communication is broken. I have a name sold many months, the buyer did not come up to claim. I had to email to the buyer many times until the domain was transferred. I did not have to spend all the time to chase the buyer if it were not because the domain was expiring.

tdnam can be vry slow sometimes, I guess it depends on the type of payment. I have sold a few names after which I had to wait 30 days to get my money... I also sold one name that the buyer didn't take after all, didn't reply to emails even though he had paid :)
