Hello,
If i do a godaddy valuation, it shows me that someone (i assume you?) bought it for $12 recently
This was a good entry price..

Some other data points:
softwares.us 500 USD 2016-12-14 NameJet
softwares.net 4,000 USD 2008-02-12 Afternic

- Ending "s" in keyword makes it a bit less worth
- ".biz" is not very popular

So i would value it at low to mid $XXX..
