Software to replace tag in mass

Ok here is what i need. A software that can load up like a folder and i can enter find "duck" replace with "elephant" that will look all over the folder , files and replace duck with elephant on all files.

i used this kind of software like 2 years ago , forget the name and cant find it now.

there's a simpler way to do so, if you can just open the the text file, then there is replace option in word and notepad itself to do this function.

Oh and if you mean you want to rename files and folders then i don't know about such a software.

i know i can do so by opening a file and replacing it .

But like i said replacing one code in multiple pages, maybe 100 of php , html pages,

Notepad++ can do replacements within folders of all text files, etc.

Dreamweaver also has this function.
