Why do you think that an aged LLLLL.io with great search statistics would bring such low return?

.io is great for tech related domains. Sofas isn't related to tech and while sofa would be much better, it's still not worth much.

The very best .io are getting low $xx,xxx. You might even struggle to get $250 for this one IMO.

Actually I checked Sofa.io and it has a much lower valuation. The search results for "Sofas" are incredibly better.
