domain Newbie valuation pls - boyup dot com

New to this and just starting to dabble in the curious world of domains. Lots of learning ahead!

I picked up www.Boyup.com and leapfish valuation puts it at £35k !!! which seems ridiculous. Can anyone help me to decipher the score of 556 from the following....

Top Level Domain Name Score: 10
Unwanted Characters Score: 10
Length Score: 7
Archive.org Score: 67
Google Search Results: 99
Yahoo Search Results: 0
MSN Search Results: 9
Search Engine Score: 1

...and try and get a realistic valuation.

Well, if i look at it from a development point of view.. no ideas come to mind. So from this point of view i would say it's worth the registration fee.

"Boy" "up" just isn't that catchy to me. How do you boy up? It sounds a little kinky and honestly that would hurt the value to a mainstream buyer.

I think LeapFish is valuing it high because it's short (5 characters) and it's a .com. They value my domain (all4u.com) at $336,194.00 and it's obviously not worth that. I wished though. :P

It's also a parked domain with no conent. I'm sorry but I don't see any value in it. The words don't have any meaning and I think that is what really hurts it.
