Hello

Today I purchased the domain Social.CX with full intent on having it developed. I am looking for someone who can help me develop it. In exchange the person Is willing to take 50 percent ownership of the website. If no one can do this I plan on using PHPizabi or some free script, but I would really rather the site be unique. I really look forward to running the site with whoever takes me up on this offer.

Do you have some kind of solid plan about what it is you want? Potential partners won't be impressed if you can't supply a solid plan. Especially not experienced.
