Social-networking friendly Photo script wanted

I am looking for a Photo script that will allow:

Personal profile creation
Photo sharing
Mobile uploads
Photo rating/commenting, etc
Social network compatibility (Facebook, etc)

I don't mind spending some money for something that works well and looks good.
