Cheapest working social networking script?

Would anyone happen to know what the cheapest, yet still functional and competent, social networking (i.e. MySpace) script is? Or even a few decent ones you've used before that you could give me a heads up toward?

Also I'd like to know where I can get a good video or mp3 sharing script.

I've never used it, but I've known a lot of people that have employed phpFox.
