Social bookmarking scripts?

Does anyone know any social bookmarking scripts to allow users save and share their favorite links on the website like del.icio.us and smarking.com?

I've found some of these and looking for someone to know existing sites, the scripts are easy to customize, good looking user interface and changelog or bugs.
