I was wondering if social bookmarking sites help increase your Page rank? I know they are great for exposure and traffic..but do they help your website get to the top of search engines?

yes some social bookmarkings offer do follow..
Yet pagerank again is not the major factor, your number of anchor links is the really the big factor
