SOASYNC - Product Announcement
======================
There is always a need for web application developers to replicate, synchronize or backup the database on which their entire application depends on, migrate data time to time, or port legacy data to more modern databases. Many people may already have some kind of alternative now, but here is another product, SOASYNC, that offer total solution in data synchronization. You can download trial version by visiting our site http://soalib.com.
SOASYNC does Internet base incremental, heterogeneous and bi-directional custom mapped data synchronization across 24 different databases. The software may be used for:
1. Cross database syncronization- That means you can sync between Oracle and Microsoft Access bi-directionally without changing either databases. But the fully supported databases are: Access, Binary File, Db2, Dbase, Derby, EnterpriseDB, FileMaker, Firebird, Foxbase, Frontbase, Hsql, Informix, Ingres, Interbase, MaxDB, Mysql, Openbase, Oracle, Pointbase, Postgres, SqlAnywhere, Sql Server, Sybase, Text File.
2. Add Schedules - Allows you to synchronize periodically at intervals you set.
3. Synchronize Mobile Data - If you would like to have access to your database from mobile devices like Cellphones, SOALIB's J2ME, C/C++ AND C# API may be used to access your databases from mobile phones. The API also allows you read/write access to your main network database.
4. Synchronize Multi-site Databases - If you have multiple servers which have their own databases running independently, SOASYNC may be used to merge and sync them all together such that each one have the other's data. This is what we call a database UNION operation. And each of these databases may be totally different.
5. Custom Mapping - You may map each table column by column, table by table, database by database or do sync time data mixing, merging, when you are planning for a data migration.
6. Support for File based databases - Whether you have text or binary file used as database, or CSV or DBF files, Soasync can read them all and sync bi-directionally across any of the 24 supported database. SOASYNC can parse any text and binary file based on the user defined grammar.
In addition to all of the above, SOASYNC's Rich Client is very user friendly and have various other features. You will find all about it by visiting our web site and trying out SOASYNC.
SOASYNC design is based on Service Oriented Architecture and uses Web Services technology. Therefore, SOASYNC services are interoperable. If you have a plan to use the Cloud Computing model, then SOASYNC is worth giving a try.
