Good luck! Dont worry too much, you'll find out that nobody really cares about your GCSE results after school.

Basically;

1. A* = Not Far From Perfection
2. A = Extremely good
3. B = Extremely good
4. C = Needed to do level 3 at college
5. D = Acceptable and common
6. E = Needed to do level 2 at college
7. F = Not very good
8. G = Poor
9 U = "Ungraded" (Very Poor)

GCSEs are these exams taken at 16 (the end of school in the UK). After 16, we then (optionally) progress to a college (or sixth form) until 18, at which point we take A levels.
After 18, is university, and I have no clue about how universities work :D

Work hard, play even harder ;)

Thing is at college they make you do Level 3 key skills, which is easier than GCSE maths, but hey! Whatever floats their boat.

Next I'm doing Physics, Further Maths, ICT, and Psychology for A levels, but I'll probably only take Psychology to AS, and the rest to A2.
