As a someone new in the game I see all these new extensions that look real appealing. Out of the following which extensions have the most potential for the near future, .co.in, .in, .eu, .mobi, . co.uk?

In terms of forward projections, .in and .eu should to well. All of these extensions have strong potential, and this is a general, not partial, equilibrium question: to the extent that domainers and developers invest in an extension, it will succeed -- we are active, rahter than passive, determinants in the success of various extensions.
