I have had the following forum http://www.boardertalk.com for almost 2 months now. I haven't advertised yet and being that the sport is out of season at the moment it isn't the most active.

What would be included if sold:
- Domain Name
- All Posts
- Forum Skin
- Not VB license****

I recieve around 100 visitors a day, give or take on various days but there has been a steady increase in the # of visitors and the bandwith.

The Adsense Revenue is not much, around $5 a month maybe?

Mainly the Domain is very brandable and a fairly good domain. With someone who knows how to develop a site, and can maybe spend a little on advertising the site could easily take off.

I wanna know what people think of the entire site as a whole, and what you think it could sell for? I know over $200 would be a minimum but I think I could get even more then that if I found the right client.

Thanks in advance.

I think it all depends on the income potential of the site. At first glance, it's a pretty well designed site and it can possibly fetch higher than $200 but not now.

Maybe you should grow the traffic a bit before letting it go. :imho:

i agree. the value will go up quickly the larger and more active the community is. get some posters in there and get a little community growing and you could get some decent money for it. it looks great and its a nice domain.

The site seems to be down, but I def agree that you should hang on to this site before you look to let it go. There are very few boarding forums out there.
