Normally I don't rush in to hand-reg a domain because of another's misfortune but the SnapNames incident does have me pretty pissed off. So I regged these 4 names that I don't yet know what to do with. I think they're probably worth what I regged them for to a domainer, but any numbers you guys could provide would be appreciated. Zometalawsuit.com

Both Fosamax and Zometa are trademarked names, but the sites are informational gateways for lawsuits against the makers of these drugs. And since the websites are owned and run by legal firms, I'm going to make the assumption that they familiarized themselves with trademark law before they registered the names and put up the sites.

That could be true. I was just teasing. Maybe you can peddle them to a lawyer if there is any taking legal action. Everyone always states to stay away from trademarked names though. Lawyers fight each other in court and then holiday together on the yacht. :lol: If you feel you are safe with these names then so be it.

Plenty of [company/product]lawsuit.com names out there. I would think that they fall under the same aegis as PayPalSucks.com and similar domains, specifically that courts will not allow tm holders to squash criticism or news under the pretence of trademark protection.
