Snapnames?

I keep hearing about snapnames.com everyhere including here.

How does that work? Is it easy to set up? Do they charge a fee like ebay? Do they all have to be developed or can names only be sold. Can I use paypal or not? Any other advice.

Or anywhere else besides ebay good for pruning my list and getting rid unwanted names. Rather than just letting them expire and not even getting reg fee.

Yes they charge fees for selling domains on their site.
No they don't have to be developed.

You can also list you domains here for sale in the marketplace section. (Auction, Fixed, or make offer)
