Snapnames Question

I have been watching a name which is registered at Yahoo! and expired in February. The name is now is pending delete status and it shows up at Snapnames with the following information:

Bidders -
Minimum Amount $59.00
Order By -
Status Backorder
Action Add to Cart

3 Questions ......

1. How long it will be before Snapnames actually can get the name?

2. If I submit a $59 bid than does Snapnames automatically start an action (assuming they get the name)?

3. If no one submits a bid then how long until the name is available for registration?
