SnapNames Question?

Hello,

I called snapnames to ask, since thier site says 24/7 customers service, but I got the answering machine.. LOL


Im sure someone here knows the answer.

If I place an initial $60 bid on a name that has not yet gone to auction, do I get the name for $60 or is my $60 going to be the starting bid when the names goes to auction?

Depends. If you are the only bidder then you get the name for $60 - which includes 1 year registration, starting sometime in the past, with a registrar you probably have never heard of. (a hassle, but no big deal)

If there are other bidders then the highest / first has the starting bid and there is an auction.
