Snapnames - Pending Payment, 4 Days now

Hey Guys,

I need help here! I won a domain name on Snapnames Auction, and I added funds to their platform, now waiting for over 4 days, and I didn't get any instructions on how can I get access to the domain name.

Payment still in pending, and I opened two tickets, no one responds.

The domain is for one of my clients, and now I can't wait for that Sh*t all day!!

Any Snapnames stuff here?

I have searched around, and I got email from them

Now, they said that the registrar of the domain is .myportalexpress.com I can't transfer the domain to my client in this case, what do I need to do?
