Snapnames backorder minimum bid prices: $59 instantly becomes $79

I know this company's character is shady but you'd think it might make some attempt to clean up their deceptive business practices like displaying a misleading $59 Minimum Bid which turns into $79 when you go to place a backorder. What's even more frustrating is you are the initial bidder at $79.

How do they justify this? Why do they display $59 Minimum Bid in the first place?

I am pretty sure the $79 is for a public auction domain as backorders are still $59.

Did you have a backorder on the domain for a while ? They usually send you an email if your $59 backorder is not enough.

The default price on snaps website is $59 but when it comes closer to the auction date the price is adjusted according to which register the domain is at.

There are 3 different prices - $59 - $79 - $99 depending on where it is registered.

eg: all register.com names start at $99 to backorder

I've backordered some before the expiration date. It says $59 to backorder then when I actually order them the price becomes $79. These are registered at Moniker.
