Snapnames Auction question

I recently won a domain name through their auctions. I got 2 emails from them. One about my account being debited for payment. Secondly, the transfer to my name.

Does the Snapnames have a 5 day hold or something before you can transfer domains out?

In the whois of domain its got my info but under Registry status it says CLIENTTRANFERPROHIBITED.

You have to wait 60 days before you can transfer your name out.

When a domain is registered, you must wait 60 days hold time as determined by the registry. When a domain is dropped and captured on a backorder, its the same as if it was just registered.

Correct if the domain has dropped.
If it's an expired domain that was auctioned by one of their priority partners then the name has not dropped and you should be able to transfer away soon.
If in doubt look at the creation date in whois.
