Haven't had that issue with Snapnames.

I can't remember but I am almost positive I paid with a card, not paypal. (I paid with my PAYPAL card but that's different from a paypal email)

Here is the answer I received for the support. Maybe it could help if someone is experiencing similar issues: "Credit card is the primary payment method we use for our auctions. You can prefund and account by sending funds to [email protected] directly from paypal. The account credit will be used before the credit card. Please put your user name in the notes field of the paypal payment form."

Looks like they would rather you pay with a credit card/debit card.

BUT if you insist on using paypal to fund the transactions, that is the option you have. Looks like you have to manually send them money via paypal to that email address you mentioned and follow those directions. So next time you win an auction, they will take the money from the paypal money you have sent them.

That's very different, never seen that done before but cool to see that's an option.

I've never been able to select Paypal option at Snapnames, so I guess you have to send funds to their Paypal hand beforehand.

@Shams I had the same thing happen to my purchase when I paid with paypal for a won domain late August (buy it now). I contacted support nearly everyday. It took 17 days for me to get it resolved. I did finally get the domain but was quite a hassle. I have no logical explanation for why it happened. I felt like there was a glitch when I went to pay and it got stuck in this secondary processing phase.

@Bearded Goat I call them today and finally they answered. they Said " Secondary Processing " means second payment option, As First payment option is Credit Card and Second option is Paypal that's y its showing " Secondary Processing ". I also told them i'm unable to apply funds on domains. They said we have noted your complaint and within 24 hours we will get back to you and after few hours i received an email from them which i'm quoting below.
" First mail "
Thank you for contacting support.
We will investigate the delay and get back to you with more information as soon as possible.

>> End <<

After an hour i received another email.
" Second Email"
Thank you for contacting support.
We have successfully collected payment via your paypal account, Please allow 24-48 hrs for access to domain names.
If you have any other questions please let us know.
>> End <<

I always pay by paypal and have never seen secondary processing before until my issue. I really think snapnames has a problem that needs fixed.... but it sounds like your issue is ok now as it is showing processing. It was quite a mess though so I hope they get it straightened out.
