SnapNames Domain Page Down?

I tried their support page and it gives an error after submission. And I can't even access a domain to place bid.

I am getting this error:

Server Error (HTTP 500)

An internal error has occurred on the SnapNames application server.
Likely, the conditions that resulted in this error are temporary. Should you receive this message again, please contact SnapNames customer support at (800)385-4075.

I got an e-mail this morning saying they'll look into it. That's it. It doesn't work on Firefox, sometimes works on Chrome, and it seems fine on Internet Explorer.
