Just released:

NEW! PREFERRED ACCESS
The world's best domain names at SnapNames

Dear SnapNames Customer:

Network Solutions®, the world’s largest domain name registrar, and SnapNames® have partnered to give SnapNames customers the first shot at valuable expiring COM and NET domain names.

The back-ordering process is unchanged — you simply place back-orders on the domain names you want, with no up-front fee. However, Network Solutions gives SnapNames subscribers preferred access to its expiring domain names. This means less waiting time and a much higher chance to get your name if it becomes available.

How It Works:
If you are the only back-order holder for a domain name currently registered at Network Solutions and the domain name later becomes available, you'll get the name for our low $60 success fee.
When there are other back-order subscribers, you'll automatically be entered into a short auction, where the winning bid replaces our success fee.

Service Features:
Ordering is FREE!
Preferred access to domain names from Network Solutions, the world's largest registrar.
No Risk! You're billed only if we fill your order.
Search the list of available domain names at our website.
Easy account management with SnapFolio™.

Why SnapNames?
We'll soon be providing preferred access from more registrars.
We have the best quality domain names anywhere.
We guarantee a level playing field.
We protect your privacy.

Basically a rehash of what we already know, but note the (pool) OLS style referance in bold at the end to the adding of more registrars.

And the official "Network Solutions gives SnapNames subscribers preferred access to its expiring domain names." Yup all theirs.

As for the level playing field......over 100 lawsuits against Verisign (Netsol shareholder) for this recent action would seem to put a bit of a dent in that statement.

Dec 21 can't come soon enough. (EDDP)
