What is SMO? What' the difference between SMO and SEO?

To me the difference between SEO and SMO is where you meet your audience. With SEO you are focused on search engine traffic and driving that traffic to your web site. With SMO you have a web site, but you might also have a Squidoo Lens and a MySpace account and you are engaging your customers in those locations away from your web site.

Search engine optimization means for any good suite you have to upgrade the rank of your site so it may good for the product of the site and i think SMO means the various techniques using for that.. or more information you may find on Google also some more useful information you may found..
