Could you please PM me any links to where you have seen this script otherwise.

Do you mean you have seen the script in action? where people have bought it off the smiliescript site and are now using it on their website?

Or do you mean you know people reselling the script?

The script belongs to me and anyone reselling my script is breaking copyright laws as each sale only permits a one domain licence. And i will not hessitate to take legal action against them.

But a copy of the script itself for a use on your domain is available from the site.
