I have a small problem which I am sure can be solved in a simple way (at least I hope so :))

The server in quetion is running a default installation of the latest current cPanel.

My problem is very simple: when I type in WebSite.com/something/ (with a slash at the end) I am showed the page located at the directory "something" and the adress bar is showing the URL: WebSite.com/something/ but when I type in WebSite.com/something (without a slash at the end) will the address bar change to www.WebSite.com/something/ (yeah I know a small problem :))

Does anyone know a simple solution to this problem such as uploading a .htaccess file or a change in the httpd.conf?

Will give a small NP$ donation to a solution.

Hey FanCube,

Do you mean that when you type in the URL site.com/directory/ it will show the contents of the directory? And you don't want it too?

Or am I getting this wrong :red: lol.

Well if that your problem you can open up the htaccess file and add this to the top:
Code:
IndexIgnore *
That will disallow file listings of all files.

Let me know if i've gotten the wrong impression :red:
