Spacing Problem

I have a small spacing problem with my layout.

In IE the webpage looks okay, but in FF there is a spacing problem above and below the login area. The website is: http://www.emeraldfeathers.com/onlineawards/

What can I do to solve this? Thank you.

all my other tables have zero padding and spacing. for example on the events page. all the text in the tables is pushed to the side. Is there a way to fix this? thanks.
