I've had 2 offers well below my asking price. Although I will not sell for these amounts, the offers and a few conversations I have had make me think that 2k, based on today's market, may be somewhat high for this portfolio.

I really am willing to negotiate (within reason) so if anybody is 1) On the fence about making me an offer 2) Willing to buy the entire portfolio and 3) Thinks these names will be worth more in 18-24 months...
