.mobi Small cities domain name in Canada ; Good investment ?

I live in Canada ; lot of small cities names are not still regged in MOBI. Those cities have a population of 10 000 to 50 000 population.
Tell me, you, experience domainers, is it a good investment to regge few of them ?

I would have to say dont do it...those are very small cities...I would think 250000 population or higher to have any chance with realestate or restaurants or such...imo

in my opinion,

go and check out the richest places to live at (houseprice search), then regg those cities, towns ..

every city/town has some kind of a council often tourism information or newspaper who may be interested in buying it

I think it really depends on the town. University towns might have a high concentration of the mobile demographic. Does it have an airport? Is it a burb of a larger city? What are homes selling for in the town? Is it a tourist destination? Are cattle counted as part of the population? A little research will reveal much.
