Slow redirection

I registered a .info domain on NamePros for my mother with my NP$.
This was done April 3rd so 5 days ago.

I use the redirection feature so it redirects to her blog on over-blog.com

It works but the redirection is very slow (not the actual site).

It take around 20 seconds before it redirects.

Any idea why ?

I've just tried it and for me it worked pretty quickly - about the same as most websites. The site also loads quickly, something I often have trouble with. When I tried it a second time, the forwarding was almost instant. I am not an expert in how these things work, so this is just my personal experience!
