this auction is selling the site sliceurl.com with all its content, design and rights.
SliceUrl provides a URL shortening service with custom shortcuts and additional domain support. All its design, code and backend logic is completely unique and was never sold in part or fully. The domain itself is registered at Namecheap and expires on 5th July 2009.
As to the system requirements, it requires a typical PHP/MySQL installation and a webserver with URL rewriting capabilities (mod_rewrite in case of Apache).

Starting Bid: USD 140
Bid Increase: USD 10
Buy It Now: USD 280
Ending: 48 hours after last bid
Payment: Paypal (funds only), other ways TBA individually
Misc. terms: After a successful bid, payment has to take place within 24 hours. Otherwise the bid will be subject to cancellation. After a successful payment the buyer will get immediate control of the site's DNS servers and the site's content, the domain itself will be transferred after seven days.
