Right now I am using this as my personal site, but I have thought about selling it. Any thoughts on what it might be worth?

Its a good single dictionary word for a site. I would honestly try and market it to end users like drug companies or similar ownders of sites dealing with insomnia. If you get that you could score a nice chunk of change maybe even high $x,xxx to low xx,xxx. Without that I'd say high xxx to low x,xxx.

I agree with Achaias.
More than 6 million google results, it shows that the term is used.
1344 OVT results it is not that highly searched term.

Also it is not the medical term. Insomnia.net would be much more valued. It cannot easily be marketed
I would say high $xxx to resellers.
Also some buyers might care that the domain is blacklisted. Not everybody though.

Where is it blacklisted? I'd like to get that cleaned up if possible.

I've never used it as a spam site / phishing site so I cannot imagine why it is blacklisted.

Well, I just checked domaintools.com ... it shows up as blacklisted. Maybe your nameservers were sending spam or something. I also have a domain that is blacklisted though I did nothing.
