Hey

Could i get some appraisals for this?

Im planning to make it a portal for skiiers. Perhaps with region spercific settings so skiers when they are in a particular area can get the lowdown on whats a good dump that day through forums, skireports and webcams.

However, could i get an appraisal for this wholesale?

Personally I believe (in my n00bness) that this is THE extension for this sort of thing. (if you think other wise please tell me)

I think this is a definate holder for me, if i ever get around to doing the site. On the other hand if somepeople think it may be good as wholesale i might consider it.

Please tell me if i am completly off with this domain. I am a n00b!

Low $XX IMHO

A domain name needs to have a 'RING' or a 'CATCH' and this hasnt unfortunatly. Thats not saying it wont work, but from past experience these dont usually work. If you was to develop it and create a community it would add value and certianly boost the popularity. Like i said its in my opinion, so dont take my appraisal to heart.

Oh forgot to mention .INFO isnt really a good domain for that sort of stuff. Unless it was something like:

SKIRESORTS.info

ect.

I don't want to put you down ( I'm not a domain expert..anyway) but I was working in the ski industry and as much as I know nobody is looking for ski...fields ( these two words just don't go together).
Everybody is looking for..ski...slopes
resorts
trips
gear or even...ski..insurance ,etc

My opinion skifields...reg fee.

In NZ they are known first and formost as SkiFields and then resorts.

In Australia its about 50/50.

Ive never heard anyone in NZ say "what resort are you going to?" its
"which skifield are you going to" same deal in australia. I would be interested to know if its different in America or Britain or elsewhere. Is it?

But i agree that SkiResorts/Insurance/Slopes.com would be much more valuable.

That doesn't mean Fields is worthless. Just worth less. Perhaps.

Its important because when i develop my site i might just do it for Australia/NewZealand then.

regfee, I'm using american english but I don't think anyone calls it a ski field... slopes, courses, hills... but not fields

SkiFields is the Australian/New Zealand english.
