Website Overview
www.tutorialpod.com is a website which specializes in teaching webmasters how to use different graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, 3d Studio Max, Corel Bryce, and Cinema 4d. We list offsite tutorials as well as having 25 onsite tutorials.
Statistics
We currently have a main page of PR6 and over 35 PR5 pages. The last PR update we became a PR6, and gave every site that we linked to directly a PR5, including our internal pages linked on the front page. Since then, we have used the leverage of a higher PR to gain thousands more backlinks (which will show up on the next backlink update) from many PR6 websites to keep constant or increase our pagerank for the next update. The PR is natural (+ through link exchanges) and I have not purchased any links.
TutorialPod also receives around 650 visitors a day (notice the age of the website):

Availabilities
I have 11 text links expiring over the next three days. Your link will be added immediately, however 11 links will be taken off imminently. Why are these people not renewing? Because they purchased links when the website was a PR5 and do not wish to go to the next level and increase their spending.
