Can't really trust any kind of automated appraisal software. Nothing beats human judgement.

I'd say the name has potential- it definitely rolls off the tongue. Reminds me of Adcritic (a pretty popular advertising media ezine). Develop it as a site where users can rate and review websites, it might take off.

Without development though, i'd say mid $xx for just the name. If it was .com it'd be more.

Without a doubt develop this one and even being a .net extension it will not hurt the value. This name does have great potential behind it as people are always asking "Hey, what do you think of my website?"
