89 dot com is big adult portal with alexa rank of 554 and with 170000 daily visits. They have trademark on "89" and "89com", and your only value is typo traffic, so i would say 0 for me.

The value is in the typo potential BUT because of the way you url is set up I doubt you be getting any traffic.

Park it somewhere and see if you get any traffic.

I've seen some .ca typos get decent cash but that was mostly after they posted traffic numbers.
