basically i started off a hot or not type site which is slowly but sureley getting bigger.

anyway what i want is a custom site which i can give a rough design layout, and also forums preferably php which link together so basically if you sign up for hot or not yur registered for forums and vice versa and also i would like phpbb to be skinned to fit in and basically would like quotes

no its a hot or not type of site, i dont really want to give the link out as im on a really low bandwidth on that site and as soon as the new site is finished im changing host but dont want to upgrade yet

http://www.cutemeter.com something like that but just the forums and rateing part would be good i also dont need the comments section but just how the forums avater is there picture and profile on both rating and forums link to the same page etc, like i say i do have a turnkey script and i dont mind if you use that as a platform (if thats allowed?)

however i would just like a few quotes if possible, i dont need to see any other projects at the minute i would like to have a rough idea of how much this is going to cost before i actually decide to go ahead with it as im still a student, anyway all offers welcome and we can go from there also if possible a rough timescale, and im not new to web design i know its not something that can be done in a day so id prefer honest timescales and prices please

so ill offer this out again, i didnt get that many offers realy except very expensive and what looks to be like someone that sint going to do it

As yet, for the site and forum skin, I can say $1200.

and that is well over my budget ive been given 2 other quotes which are a lot less than that, infact the highest 1 was about half of that

Ok, thats fair enough. The reason that the price is higher than that of the other quotes that you have had, is because my designers are top of the range, they have designed for the likes of CitiBank and Air Jamaica.... so $1200 at the end of the day, isn't expensive.
