How much for layout change?

i have a site and its basically a script i installed, ive asked for feedbac on it which ive got and decided i need a colour scheme change and i also want the layout changing, all the code is there it just needs moving around, and the colour scheme is all i css i believe so it doesnt really need anything doing with graphics
