Established Site wanted - HTML only

I am after a site, I dont mind what its about or even if it making money. But it must be written in HTML, or at least the majority of it.
Also cheap if poss?
Paypal awaiting the right site, just want somthing to learn on/practice me skills.

Cheers HaHa, good of you to offer. What I am after, is a cheap site, inc domain, that I can play with and edit. I have a very basic knowledge of HTML, but nothing more advanced. I just want somthing I can build on and test ideas etc. A gunni-pig site??
