Convert html site to Joomla

Hello all - Hopefully this is posted in the right place.

I have a friend that has an existing 4 page HTML website, but now they want to be able to edit it and dont know any HTML or coding and dont understand how to change it/dont want to worry about a visual editing program.

I am looking for someone that has experience with converting a html website to look the same but as a joomla site so they can easily log into Joomla and basically edit their site as if almost posting a blog.

I am looking for someone that would gladly do this for free. And I could write you a testimonial on the work you did or something similar in return.

Edit:I have installed Joomla, and added all of the articles and content.. I just need someone to make the template look exactly like it did with the html/css
