Site updates

Does anyone know how to or any tutorials of adding content to a site via the use of text files.

I am running a clan site but fed of the sual phpnuke and other cms and can't find anything else to use.

Any help apreciated

well u can always PHP include() a text file lol.

Yeh but that leaves it down to me to edit it all the time..lol
I realy could do wit something that has an easy admin panel so others can add news etc.
