Site like ZUG

I would be interested in knowing where I could get a script, free or pay, (not custom), of something similar to ZUG.com? Simply because I would like to create a site with similar content. Obviously it isn't hard to find a "prettier" looking script/CMS these days.

Anyone know a script/CMS that fits this type of site?
